Parking policies & privacy

Parking rules
- These rules apply only to spaces clearly marked or numbered as Harbor Park spaces. Other spaces in the shared lot may have different rules.
- Enter the vehicle's correct license plate and the number of the space being used.
- Payment must be completed within 10 minutes after parking. A session is valid only after the payment confirmation appears.
- A session applies only to the entered vehicle and space and cannot be transferred.
- Parking is permitted only for the confirmed start and expiration times. A 10-minute enforcement grace period follows expiration, but it does not extend the paid session.
- All stays end no later than 9:00 AM on the displayed expiration date. Unused time is not credited or refunded.
- Drivers must obey posted signs, accessibility restrictions, fire lanes, and applicable laws. Improperly parked or unpaid vehicles may be subject to enforcement as allowed by law.
Plate-number corrections
If you entered the wrong plate, email us as soon as possible and before the session expires. Include:
- the incorrect plate entered;
- the correct plate;
- the parking space number; and
- the payment confirmation or approximate payment time.
Verified corrections are made without a fee and do not extend the parking time. Until Harbor Park confirms the correction, the vehicle may not appear as paid to enforcement staff.
Request a plate correctionRefund policy
Completed parking purchases are normally final. Harbor Park may approve a refund for a duplicate payment or a verified payment or system error. Changing plans, leaving early, or unused parking time does not qualify.
Send requests within 7 days of payment and include the plate, space, payment date, and reason. Approved refunds return the full remaining transaction amount to the original payment method. Bank processing time may vary.
Request a refund reviewPrivacy notice
Harbor Park collects the license plate, space number, parking times, payment amount and status, and limited technical information needed to operate, secure, support, and enforce the parking service.
Payment card details are entered on Stripe's checkout page and are not stored by Harbor Park. Stripe processes that information under its own privacy terms.
If camera enforcement is enabled, Harbor Park's system stores plate text and event metadata, not camera images. Unflagged camera reads and resolved enforcement alerts are automatically deleted after 48 hours. Parking and transaction records are retained only as reasonably necessary for operations, refunds, disputes, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.
Harbor Park does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that operate the parking and payment systems, or when required by law. To ask about or request correction or deletion of information, contact us. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate business or legal reasons.
Support
For payment problems, plate corrections, refund reviews, or privacy questions:
Email is not monitored as an emergency service. For an immediate safety emergency, contact local emergency services.
These policies may be updated as the service changes. The version displayed when a parking purchase is made applies to that purchase.
